In celebration of Helen's special birthday we were required to take ourselves back to the 60s, 70s and 80s. Gain boogied the night away in his afro and flares whilst Adele found a gang of ladies to dance around her handbag.Thanks must go to Sarah and Carl for hosting a truly memorable party!
